It's not bad um..I dont like the tone of blue that you used tho.. looks so faded. :/ and the text is a bit off. But i really like the navbar & BG.

It does look an awfull lot like Fly for Life's website, which Scratch designed. The website organisation is good. But it is just boring, no offence. Put a bit more sparkle into it. Maybe make a nicer background and make it come down to about half of the site's page. And change the color of those boxes. Maybe white with a nice greyish tranparentish border. I dont know as of yet haha. Good Luck.
