It's better than most of the designs I see in the Gunz section ..

Header Image,
Why the header image is nice it sadly does not work with the main design very well. The colour splash with the simple tones of the site leave the header out of place.
Navigation Bar,
Why using a pre made navigation bar can work you should still add your own flair. Just changing the words does not really help it work with your design. [Yes its pre made] The colour lines help to bring in the navigation with the header but seem out of place again due to the lack of incorporation with the rest of the design.
Flash Banner,
The flash banner works well but personally just continuing from the navigation would have made more sense than a floating box with a square navigation that leads to no where.[rest of your design is rounded edges].
The next and previous buttons could use some work with the gradient being slightly to high and over noticeable.
The Flash button selectors could do with a lower opacity shadow on the non selected circles as the current shadow is to high contrasted with the rest of the design.
Sub Headers,
The sub headers would have worked well if not for the novelty over sized text. Try to keep your sub header text no bigger than your navigation text other wise it normally does not look right unless incorporated with high detail and care.
Buttons,
The buttons are over sized as is the text inside them. Using the premade buttons you have used on read more and discuss would have made more sense and a better design instead of increasing the size of the buttons to make them fit the layout.
Overall,
Using pre made content is fine if done properly. Trying to use pre-made content and forcing it to work around your design will often not work with out proper knowledge. Also try to keep text sizes to a set standard for headers navigation and content to keep the design.
