Also characters are more cute/exciting/looks stronger.

but in manga the story continued and the beginning of vaizard is so cool
but anime still better because it inc the adrenaline gauge

hm after reading the manga, I don't quite get what time is the anime's filler placed in.. because It looks like aizen's attacking real world few hours(?) after ichigo killed grimjow..
yeah the fillers dun match the manga and they that the fillers will remain till the end of the year:s
so manga is walking in the right directions as the story develops
He didn't killed grimmjow,he defeated him.
However the last blow,in my opinion,was given from grimmjow.
They just "Stopped" the story for a while,when the filers 'll end it 'll get back on saving Orihime.
The Manga is epic at the moment.
In manga Nnoitra probably killed him.
