this dump WOI mysql can't create account though making it manually on the database, but old account on DB can create character normal without any error if you play game. If you can fix at error on creating account, game will run perfectly woi_dumps

I try my luck on BOI 4thanniversary everything works fine, buts this error... Any clue what causes it to happen ?
Edit(3): haven't tested yet, but probably something with 32 bit and or settings with memory allowed to centos.

I don't know, just ignore it when playing cause error doesn't interfere while in the game.

Your database missing tables for creating character, for fix it remove all db on mysql and replace with boi mysql dumps then reboot VM and run again the server.
