A little help with 110+ skills

Hello, I have been trying to figure this out for some time now. I would just like to know what is causing the 110+ skills to work improperly, When you attack with new skills or any skill passed 110 the skill will not complete the attack, the skill is used but if it has to hit more then 1 time it doesn't.

If anybody can tell me why this is happening and can point me into the right direction to fix this problem it will be appreciated.

you need to add in refskill Basic_ChainCode its missing for all 110+ skills

Thank you. Can you give me a hint on what I should add? I see that some of them have numbers, but I am not sure what should be used. Or if somebody has a RefSkill.txt that has them fixed already would be appreciated.
