    thumbs up A new fortress war .

    So i was thinking of creating a new fw , but a really big one ,
    My thoughts is we use a full map copied , as of for example we copy the whole samarkand city and clean it of monsters , add npc's that are in fw .. heart /towers etc. so anyone interested ?

    P.S.: i dont know if anyone did it before , i didn't see it .

    Hmp, nice idea for a project. Should be possible. . . I would be glad to help, but i dont have much time so i dunno of ill be very usefull.

    atm i'm adding the npc's and towers etc. ,,, what's messing is how to link them up ,,, the fw is gonna be huge and it'll take some time .. though the rewards should be worth the effort , this fw can add much fun to pvp servers ...

    Its hard.. I can do it but no know any guide 100% to create a duplicate map, i was looking as jupiter was added and is hard xD

    yeah i'm counting on the guide of jupiter map , yeah its hard , and no guides , but it'd be alot of fun to make such thing work ^^

    making a new map is easy... making a new fortress... well unless you can code it into the SRO_CLIENT then you are wasting your time.

    Well I'm just building it ,, whether i can code it into the sro_client or not ... that i might fail with ,
    Anyways it shall be fun as at worst case's it's a training camp for fw =P .
    Few stuff left to put ,,, although i cant get the gates to work ,like npc to open/close , just teleport >.> any ideas ?

    i didn't say its easy , read the comments i said it's hard but its worth trying
    2nd, there is a guide for making a jupiter map , follow it properly , change the things needed . you'll get it to work

    3rd, which is the most important in here , you're in the wrong section , please kindly visit the release section and find the things already done.

    Ehm, sorry to dissapoint you but this is mostly impossible ^^

    first off you need to make new map sections, and make your own navemsh ( making map sections is possible, however good luck making navmesh work ^^ )

    map sections = how the map looks like ( ground, objects, etc... )
    navmesh = adding stuck options and such things ( if the ground is high, or u cannot walk thro an object etc.. )

    also not to mention editing sro_client to read those files ( which is mostly impossible without the source code )

    its is easy.. have only a problem with structs because he have on GameServer.. you can use structs from Bandit or tell a good assemble developer
