Since I've tested it on many sides (not only sro or amateur websites) it couldn't be the version of apache. I mean, it's still possible but I dont think so. Where I work, they don't even use apache and the website is down anyway.

Sure but they are seperated from 1k-.. (here) dunno if its the same shema everywhere. In germany it is like that.
Actually the 2k means "2000 Mbit/s".
