sure buddy i did that but they are few peoples and honestly i stopped my projects a month ago
and i don't wanna keep them but sure i wont share something that people will claim it to themselves or even sell my releases

hide Silkroad Section and will be available for subscribers who have at least 300 post (not fake posts like thanks ,bump whatever) or have at least 50 useful release not spammed released

I don't think stop release or help it's a solution, but maybe let's them do it. just Do it too, i mean not release it for money only, but help for some $, like me i don't know how to make a fuking website, and? no one give help for free, so i always found someone who i pay for do it!
All Sro was a business part! just found your own business! like be payed for setting a complete server or a part of map or a part of client!

if every thing released no one will be have a special item on his server and every server will be have between 10 player and 100 player max
