Pff its my picture.. It isn't a fake. Today i have to write the email back to joymax.
Maybe i should post my other threat about it fck elitepvper mod closed it. I just wanted to warn you if you think its fake, fine.
We found out that they come from extremeTop100 to us. The joymax guy registered on our Webiste too -.-' 1 day later the email warning arrived.

everybody who makes smth good makes themselves high, up head in sky, and bull the lowies. Thats why haters hate this kind of people - playsro team, etc.
Joymax will do all in its power not to be outdone by pservers, even of it means killing the game itself.
Excuse me, not because I'm the expert on this subject. However listen to this:
In order for Silkroad Online to even make a court order decision, for e.g. sue a server they will have to pay between 10 - 50 000 euro for an INTERNATIONAL lawsuit. With a thought that there is over 500 - 1000 servers, and let's say each "lawsuit" is around 20 000 euros: and let's say they sue 500 servers = 10000000 euros. I doubt very much that they will sue every server. And honestly, this is just a weak threat.
if game owners ever made action to pservers.. how come there's almost a pserver in every game that are alive up to this day..?
some get sued but not all.. i think it's just a matter of luck..

(no offense) the point with sharing server files was to make locale server between you and your friends (the people you know)
actually not to open unlimited number of servers they work only to get money (said before no offense :D )
so it's possible that they get mad you get their work and take their money that they should gain while you are the illegal one not them
i knew that they will do so , but it took too much time
better close your website and make your server private with your people only

if it is real than joymax have his reason why they mailed you first. Wich nobody can explain you without to speculate.
And im not sure but i know if you made some illegal trades or copyright settings you get not a e-mail you would get a
REAL JURISDICTIONAL mail. and this have some special color.
That mean's if you got only a E-MAIL just dont delete this mail keep it save you can answer them but dont give your paypal account or some real accounts ^^
and if you got a REAl mail (not e-mail) than you can sh*t your in your pants.

PS: people join a server wich have his feature that they like. 60 cap, 80 cap, 110 cap they dont care they want a
server wich make them happy to deal with it.
