Welll im trying to make Safe Trades only from lvls 1-100

You need to play with the slots of the transports, and with their level.

If its a paid service I'll do it for ya. Hit me up on skype for that... Since it's not allowed to say something like that here I'll also give you a hint on how to do it:
Basically, you wan't people from level 1 - 100 make safe trades, level 101 to 110 (as an example) normal jobbing again correct?
Just helping the low level players in terms of trading.

Hint #1 : _STRG_ADD_PACKAGEITEM_WITH_STOCKQUANTITY

You allow the total number of ingame safe trades (This is just for some extra visual effect... with this you can also limit the safetrades.. so people can only do 100 safe trades from lvl 1 to 100).
Create a new trade item which can only be used between lvl 1 and 100 for safe trades.
You change the SP mentioned above and make a max limit of what people can buy on lvl < 101.
Just return one of the error codes to stop the buying. i.e. not enough gold return #.

This way people can do safe trades and normal trades under below lvl 101.
If you want the extra gold, you can additionally add 3 lines at addlogitem to check if the safe trade item was sold to the NPC... If yes, then add some gold into storage or give the Char gold at logout.. as you want it. It'll work perfectly fine.
