this is was a possibility of refregion was not correctly linked
if im rigth i remember when we have added gm room the problem was same untill we add the correct data into Table _refInstance_World_Region

Well i haev looked at some error into this map, my database side and client side was perfect now and still crash when i move
* First reason : Link region into _RefRegion Table was needed
* Second reason: Some object of map crash your client
i will plan to works on first reason because for me it's the best possibility,
Except if anyone have do it tell me it here or on mp untill i can stop search into this way

I have in my side added it at instance maybe i was worng but i have added it like jupiter field
That works i can Tp on it, but im still blocked my char jump and not run dunnot why
this week end im not at home cause real works, but monday im back check it and maybe remove instance function
Try to check into set a _RefBindAssocServer for Town like it's on all town maybe that will fix your problem
Edit: If this is not works check at Id of world for town and put it into _Char table manualy maybe that will be a way to access to this part for you

If your char jump instead run, its data.pk2 problem.
Had same problem, just recreated the data.pk2 and it started working well.
Lol I Fixed Arabia And Working With Me Its Too Easy and Now Im 2st in the world add arabia town :) in ver 188 and in ver 193
