CSRO-R error itemmall 0 silk

Buenas tardes, comunidad tengo un problema con mi server de csro-r el cual es que el itemmall me aparece 0 silk, y e buscado mucho en línea pero no consigo la solución me dijeron que instalara webmall y a través de ella se me solucionaba este problema pero cuando instale este y abrir sroprot todo corre bien pero cuando entro al cliente y le doy a ítemall sigue apareciendo 0 silk y si abro webmall no abre nada y en el globalmanager me sale el siguiente error.
unhandled msg received CGlobalManagerMainProcess : IP:192.168.1.120 Req:0x0910 (0x0000) (MsgType:6), 15 – 7
lei algunos foros y me dicen que el Global manager es incompatible con globalmanager
Alguien sabe la solución. Espero respuestas muchas gracias.
