isro client uses different opcodes than vsro. So no you cant use isro client. Most client uses same structure for server list and login. But upon spawn they use different opcodes.

What you need is find out how the current skill works, how to remove a skill, how to set the require sp, require mastery level, attach to which skill params, asset resources (sound effects, icons, textUI, skill description), how it linked to each file, database. You need to take a step back and learn all this before you can add any new skill.
copy/paste will not always work.
I will love to find how the skill system works, but sadly time is not on my side.
Several problems are 1 to activate the passive does not recognize the gs gives fatal error and half must be increased mastery level and that's where nobody knows, but edit the table to edit the mastery level and not yet reached mastery
skilldataenc_5000.txt ► right click ► properties ► check the size (ex. 3,800,386 bytes) then modify the skilldata as you want it and then after you saved it make sure that the size is still 3,800,386 bytes if its not (ex. 3,800,390).. then it will crash..Quote:

Guess our SRODecrypt tool is bad.

Okay so now i almost added all skills as lv 110 but there are some skills bugged, every skill that hits more than once will only hit it once and then stops (but if i kill a mob in one hit it will show the whole skill).. Anyone has idea's?

Not only dwo_client.exe, some other pk2 sided stuff too, which had been done in hex editor.
If you just crack the client and copy skilldata, it wont help you.
You have to load the pk2 into hexeditor and edit some lines.
