really i had the same idea and i started learning C++ i started to make a private server but it was one big fail :P nothing worked what i wanted really don't spend your time to something like "a private server for silkroad" or you really need a good crew or no-livers.
and do you even know how to code? they wont work for free without getting something, so dont think you are so clever coming up with this idea of having a private server, everyone wants to. Your dream is unrealistic if its something your not going to contribute to.

I may have known little on programming but at least I had some sort of structured plan which I had shown in my proposal post way back. This short post thing is just a spur of the moment idea that has not been thought through.
Well when I joined esro you had 100% NOTHING. Thats something you thought through?
incorrect to that statement ;) we had relevant silkroad related but nothing relevant to emulation as this was key point in which we change from a server file project to an emulation project.
yes before it was pretty un-organised I would agree with that. anyway this is irrelevant to a topic creators post ;)
