New and Weird Stones

when i was searching in the DB, i found weird stones

and it's only for D10, maybe i figure it out lately and maybe someone did before me

i think those are the stones related to ROC long time ago @ isro , someone told me about a quest items collected from uniques spawn around roc and u can exchange them for such stones idk reduce sleep , stun something that normal stones do not reduce...

edit >>> also those stones are D10 only thats why ppl did not give a shit to finish that quest

old but at first i was wondering when i use them they become 0% on the acc or others but i know now it can be edited at _RefSkill
also there are another stones actually i don't remember them you know the stones that being in alex npc's there are some of them too
they are belong to the chest to give damage return etc etc but some of them are usable and some are not

lol old... i made D11 version of this stones along time ago... and ye they work.

u can exchange them for some quest items at a NPC but the quest item never drop, if u add the drop, youfix thequest ^_^
