[Release] SRO Configuration Tool

SROConfig for short.
The tool was created to make setting up sro servers easily. just fill in all the boxes with your settings then click generate. for certification server to run correctly you must run compile.bat then run CustomCertificationServer.bat.
The tool setup both certification server, and the server files to run using all the correct ports, and settings for IIS, and FTP servers you must set them up first, and this tool does not set them up for you. If you get any errors/bugs post them here. Preview below. I have already tested the program and it works for me got the server running, and cert server.

Steps:
1) Run SROConfig.exe fill out all the boxes with you configurations
2) Click Generate
3) Go into Certification server/bin/, and run compile.bat
4) Now your ready to go, just use the certification server inside SROConfig. Copy, and paste server.cfg and paste where your server files are, and replace your old server.cfg.

FAQ:
Q - Why does ShardManager say Billing server is dead then closes?
A - IIS is either not set-up or does not run .asp files or you do not have billing server .asp files in your IIS server.

What client are you using? which port is your client trying to connect to? is your server set-up with direct access to your internet (no router)? and are you running server on the same pc you are running client on?

there should be no problem if everything is correctly configured.
