Are you using a leaked client+db of Vehalla? Your better off starting from a clean database. This issue is going to be a pain in the ass to fix.

Download default vsro 1.188 database and client and do everything yourself, theres no big bugs like you have now if you do it all yourself.. If you really want stuff from another server just take it from their clients and import all the stuff to your own server that you like. It's alot more effort but its the best thing to do..
