wrong... the game it self is a copyright.. just because they dont use the images or pictures that joymax made that has nothing to do with it.. The fact is. It is their work and the game they have created, if anything those viets should be getting a fine for not protecting their hosts causing some of their test files to be leaked. But in all reality who honestly gives a shit, this game has turned into a bunch of bullshit anyway. This game will die out eventually.

I believe the private servers will not die at all, First off there are many of the server created. Even in some countries these rules and laws don't apply at all. Joymax won't be able to do anything, I believe that if you secure your server and don't carry any content of "Joymax, Silkroad - Online" or anything like that you will be ok. And again be sure to check wherever you're hosting your server be sure to find out what the laws our about copyright infringement, always good idea get a Dedicated server and for some country like Russia or Netherlands the laws there are very different.. Just a quick advise thats all..

ECSRO case is different, it was one server that time
now, everyday, we have 50 servers, they wont be able to even shutdown 15 of them with that number increasing that fast
