I've always wondered about this too, I had it as an idea, but never really played with it. Havent played with the database to much, so I'm not skilled or anything.
Pandoras boxes has the feauture to spawn elite monsters, but this must be a procedure or a trigger to make it happen. I always wondered about the Triggers myself, as you spawn a pandora box, it must trigger something in order to keep spawning these, or it's already pre-programmed to do this?

ye i try to add a pandora box to spawn only uniques tg > cerb > ivy > uru > isy etc etc but fail ^^

Pandora spawns are coded on the gameserver.
Why you dont use the Fortress Summon scrools as template? :)
They are too restricted (Being inside fortress/being leader of a guild owning a ft)
