    Why We Didn't Try To Take ISro Skills To Our Vsro servers

    that question is always in my mind and iam wondering if that skills is the most balanced skills ever -ofc- why we didn't try to take them from the origianl client ?

    why do i have to add them although i can just delete them
    there are only 4 or 5 different params which i already deleted and i made the GS work fine

    NOTE : iam talking about the CH , EU skills not all game skill ofc

    It is easy to gather them and add them to your server, no matter what type of server you are using.
    The only thing is, you need to figure out the spaces and declarations given to the builder parameters.

    nope, i don't agree with you in case of source-less ..

    It is meant for people without any knowledge about parameters.
    They won't be able to copy and paste it into their servers, since most of the parameters are declared differently or has been modified on iSRO and co.

    This won't show you what exactly what is. People are able to learn it by doing and figuring it by themselves, if they are smart enough, but mostly they will cancel it and be desperate about not understanding the builders, reserved params and initial params.
    A different and harder story - check the last few parameters. You won't be able to point them, nor know them what they are actually doing, without debugging the whole environment.
    Most of them just compare given parameters with the existing ones, and will figure it out, sure, but most of them won't dare to try to do new skills, own unique skills (including "static" animations (ANI_.... casting), "dynamical" (coding the skilleffects with skill start, fly/hit/swing/etc direction, end position, hit place, hit sound, hit effect and actual efp (particles) effects overall) nor some simple re-made skills for their own sake and enjoyment, because it is "just too much work".

    Got what I mean?

    Most, not all, are really getting into this server shit, just a few getting into client modificiations/alterations, and just the a bit less getting into scripts rewarding e.g. skills (yes, that is possible, without stored procedure teleport crap), and the least who are willing to cause unique gameplays for the players: getting into real mechanism changement which involves unique new skills (not copy paste bullshit), new rank system, level up system, drop system (it is capped at D12, so no real choice of variation with the stock system, on vSRO at least), lottery, gambling (not Pop-Card-crap), and dafuq ever, to keep the people entertained.

    TL;DR
    People without knowledge and references won't develope as much as the files are offering (stock stuff)
    People with knowledge, will do everything as they desire - which are just quite less than a dozen of us on the web.

    People without knowledge can get their own knowledge by learning and destroying some shit first

    back to the topic i already added the skills to my DB and my gameserver worked fine ( after deleting the param lines )
    and those params are little it's about 6 or 7 params only
    so u can just delete them

    check the colored param and its value in the first line then check it
    it's just delete and made it 0 that's all
    and it worked fine for me in my GS

    btw i already added the skills to my client and it worked but still some shitty little problems like multiple ID with other skill...etc

    You could have simply removed those 2 tabs instead of "nulling" them. And well, it isn't hard to get the wrong parameters, since the gameserver will show the inappropriate parameters, hence you just have to track the skill id, browse to the parameter column and check it for its builder and setter, and remove those.

    Nothing different than the sro-r skills 2 years ago. Same game, same play.
    So overall, this topic is just a reincarnation of an existing problem "how to add skills until they work". Nothing changed, but the date.

    actually it's not there are some different skills which exist in isro but not in vsro
    plus i made all this cuz i want to try full balanced skills cuz all vsro one have problems iam sure u know that
    it means if the isro one already have those bugs or not balanced as i know then let's just close the topic

    I didn't face any kind of issues on vSRO files. They are correctly mixed and matched up.
    You can even change the stuff, which you were used to (e.g. Snow Shield, instead of absorbing damage and decreasing your MP - you can simply change the parameter with the usual first one - absorbing damage only).
    And just by copying the SRO-R skills, which were released few years ago, they have had only one issue: either no MP values, same MP values as previous skills, same unlock skill/rank up skill SP requirement, etc.
    Not hard to "fix" that.

    And for instance, the skills are the same. I checked the newest iSRO version. Matched the mastery trees of every race. I was not missing any kind of skill, more likely, silkroad is lacking new skills. E.g. the Grass Walk Series. Their skills are still "capped" at degree E. Most of us do already have their newest F and G skills (new dash and new movement speed).
    Same goes for any kind of melee skill, force skill, heal skill, warrior, etc etc.
