Try this. Take shapshot of your server(if you use VM), or make backup /server/gamed/config folder. Stop server.
Copy all files from fw_client/data/ into /server/gamed/config/
Start server.

Already downloaded the client 331 posted along with the server, but it is precisely what does not. seems to be outdated or different version of the server. I opened the version.sw to check the version and says that there is at version 331, but I suspect that the server isn´t version 331.
just copy the elements.data and the gshop.data from the server to your client and replace it in the client(winscp), then try again, and try a few times, sometimes the first and second login might not work, if that doesnt work then check your logs to see if everything started correctly.
I am using this server and everything works fine, i just had to copy elements.data and gshop.data from the server to the client to get rid of the out of date message
I maybe will make a 331 repack.
