have u access to root in ubuntu (have u did sudo paaswd root)?.
i did sudo bash before hand :) but sudo scp works too

100% working now 2 days no problems and fyi Eistiger did not origionally get these files, godlydan did who at the time had FWUnleashed, so please don't feel offended by this correction, but i know where Eistiger got the files from :) cheers all!.

PLEASE NOBODY USE VMWARE SERVER, DEBUG MODE ACTIVE INSIDE GS, CAN BE HACKED EASY
