i think in server activate same as PW, in ptemplate or like file

i just got Gm privleges on a server and im trying to enable the debug console for item spawns they are new to a server and cant help me lol
my shortcut reads
Target: "C:\Users\robone\Desktop\Mystic Woods\Mystic Woods\update\game.exe" game:pw console:1 sepfile
if that is correct
also any help on how to summon monsters or items would be appreciated like a monster/item id list
