What's wrong with just fucking using the CMD and type in /ipconfig?

Because some people are too confused on how to get their EXTERNAL IP address which does not work with the command prompt as you simply stated there if they are behind a router. So bashing others for trying to help them isn't going to prove anything other than ignorance.
