The program runs and immediately closes. The video does not portray a true sense of how to use this program. Is this a compatibility issue? What operating system are you using in that video? How exactly is this version 6.9? From what I can see the encryption is all wrong. So just posting some videos of something that may not be what is posted here makes no sense at all. Provide more information please or accept my comment.

It would be great if you add what specific OS did you used for this one. Seems that file is legit, though it won't run properly.

It works on windows 7 x64 simpiflied Chinese verion.

My windows 10 ,is not updated ,i need to update my windows to 1704 version to run the Htssetting & htscript tools. Thank you @tandev01

The current version released by Microsoft is 1703 builder only no 1704 builder :( still error i already followed the video but still error while converting :(
