    config Small Launcher for HTlauncher

    i create small launcher for HTLauncher if you HTLauncher want to run from tantra.exe that will ignore it and will run your HTLauncher without any issues

    just use this code "start -htlauncher 6.9.6.0"

    use notepad and save "starthtlauncher.bat"

    Just create a shorcut and add 11 as parameter. No need for the versioning. lol
