This dll does basically a hook on bind function and sets INADDR_ANY to the address. So now you can have your testserver without hamachi, or simply use it inside your lan :)

Although this should NOT be really used. If you are getting a BIND error then you have NOT setup your files correctly.
I have setup 3 Tantra Servers WITHOUT Hamachi and working great.
For people who have a bind error you must review your config.txt files your serverlist.txt files...all your config files that have IP references...you must check and DOUBLE check.
It works and works fine with other tools needed.
