How to make the system announcement be shown in English. Same with Skill description.
Some mobs doesn't have names (??).

Regards to all.
1. change announcement -> edit Language.txt in server files
2. change mobs name -> edit TantraParam.xml -> encode to TantraParam.tpa and put it to client files.
