So use Phillipines for single purchase of items less that your prescribed amount or simply make your donations reflect that of 2k+ taneys and so on. Super simple.

I believe this isn't so... what only works is 0 6 and 0 1 (both have minimum purchase), the Philippines is 0 3 and doesn't work.
