what is not complete and needs to be done on the skilltree ?

skilltree's passive talents is fully implemented (all effect), but commented out...
skill is loading from db, and sending actualy skills to the client..
skill learning in client is not finished... api + packeting is working, but learning is missing from flash..

our "big" skills not implemented

if you want to use, you need to create:

- flash (because we dont have them)
- skill learning
- enable the effects on serverside (remove comments)
