Use Codex DB, implement missing tables, stored procedures, etc if any are missing
Root is damaged? what do you mean?
300+ warnings is not an issue, warnings do not cause a fail build, or any issue at all whatsoever except point you to minor issues.

Liciaz Last Codex Source + Source from Community Tutorial WO_API (ISS wesite) + Liciaz DB = everything works fine
