You only need to add a couple periods and \'s
should be like:
..\..\..\..\bin\Data\Shaders\DX9_P1\system\LibSM\shadow_config.h
or
..\..\..\bin\Data\Shaders\DX9_P1\system\LibSM\shadow_config.h
If memory serves me correctly it is the first choice. I apologize, I've edited beyond this.
