@Pepperosam Should be in the FAQ (main WarZ section). VS 2008 SP1 or VS 2008 Express w/Windows SDK from what GigaToni stated. I use full release of VS 2008 SP1. MisterKid mentions VS 2010 corrections earlier on in this thread. So if you go that route, I'd hunt for his post.

It's different error then the other with Artbug and yes I replaced that "itemsDB.xml"
you need to delete the new weapons. the itemsDB is the from the newest client^^

From a previous conversation with a guy whos been working on this. He said that the files itself is the files that War Z uses as of right now. There has not been any updates, and he claims that this version has friendlist, the newest guns etc etc. This is the Source from Nov 2012. And that War Z had this all the time, it has just not been activated.
But what do I know? He is just a dev and told me what he saw. ^^

You should set login as d_login <user> d_password <pwd> in local.ini

Do exactly what it says. You can copy the ini from the WarZ game and rename it if you want to + put in the d_login and d_password, since it's just looking for variables from Vars.cpp.Quote:

Cant download the bin for some reason. It get stuck on ~45% from mega download. Src works perfect
Out of disk space? I just re-downloaded it this morning. If you keep getting stuck at 45% check drive space. If its' a one time deal, restart the download.
Validating it again will take a few.

As you see everything runs on IIS https protocol (login in game receive characters data etc), and the server modules still doesn't interact with the client for some reason.

This is clearly a problem with MEGA but I thought I would ask if anyone is having problems downloading the bin.7z? Mine keeps getting stuck at 43%. Perhaps I am Derping it up and there is just a download limit and I have exceeded it. Any thoughts?
