JDownloader.. works pretty well. It resumes as well. Try that.
I am confused which solution file you use to build warz , is it

when i click download , it dosent give me an option to select where to download , so i dont know where it saving to , it just seems to download to somewhere , i cant find the file , so i dont know what is happening here?????
