1. Open WZ\src\RSBuild\RSBuild.sln
Select "Release" Wait until Updating IntelliSense is done and select from menu Build -> Build Solution
Wait until "Build succeeded" and close the program.

Please read this part again:
Preparing files and directories
1. Extract src folder inside src_Update2.rar to „Desktop“
2. Select properties on the extracted folder and uncheck Read-only and apply. <- THIS IS ALSO IMPORTANT
3. Copy the folder src from Desktop to WZ\ replacing all files and folders inside
4. Extract WarZ.sql from WarZ_SQL_Update2.rar to WZ\ replacing the old WarZ.sql file
You forgot to take off the readonly from the files before copying.
DO NOT SKIP ANY PART OF THE TUTORIAL.!!!!

If i may ask can windows server 2012 standerd also work or must it be windows 2008 r2?
It must be windows 2008 r2 because of mssql 2008

I'm not 100% sure but i strongly feel that this will work also on windows server 2012 with SQL Server 2012. I can't confirm this yet but if
I have some time tomorrow I will set up a VPS with Windows server 2012 and try it out. I will come back with how it went.
I setted up this source with my windows server 2012 and SQL Server 2008.
Everything is working fine now but I have only this problem:

You beat me to it. I was just finishing up my setup. And i now can confirm. Database is database. It will work on any version of windows (starting with windows 7). The errors you have are all good. Its normal. There are some stuff missing.
Everything is working now and i was also afraid that it could not work with windows server 2012 :)
Btw I fixed that bug by adding some ips in my api folder...
Oh and I cant open a group ingame with other players ... is that normal bugged?
