Sure. No problem. People should read before posting here. 100% of the time here something was left not done or they added some more modifications that will break the code.

Seems to me by the status "Server Status Unavailable" that you have skipped:

Creating bin files
5. Copy WZ\bin\build\updater\api_getserverinfo.xml to C:\inetpub\wwwroot

Okay i got everything but now

failed to get http://ip/wz/updater/woupd.xml, http code 401

this comes when i got the launcher in an other computer and try (1,2,3 etc)

help ? i know its extremly easy but im new too this :D
