You have a MSSQL table named lootdata... Maybe I would look in there if maybe could add some rows.
Oh and btw.
If you used the search function you would have found an answer.

What would be great. Is if I can do a warz server from home. If theres a way pm me or quote me. Im not lazy. Just asking i've tried but failed. Several times.
You'll need a spare windows PC with at least 3GB RAM + a badass internet connection (We talk about ~100mbit/s up & 50mbit/s down)
Then you can make a server at home for public
This is not a how much memory / resources do I need to run a WarZ server.
But:
At avg (Calculated with the original release from 2012) you'll need to calculate the following:
For each VS (Virtual Server / GameServer) you'll run you'll need:
- 1gb RAM / VS (bigger maps / more zombies require more ram.) (Colorado I'd recommend 2GB / VS)
- at least dual core processor / VS (Colorado I'd recommend quad core)
If you wanna run the game on the same computer as the server:
- VS RAM + 4GB RAM
- VS Processor + 2 (Low) / 4 (Medium) / 6 (High) Cores

cannot to server !
you don't expalin how to build the api "folder" when using IIS Manager,
you said in a comment that you edited the post but I don't see it anywhere
hope you can tell me how to do it :)
edit:
instructions are unclear in this part:
the only place I can click on to select Convert to Application are 2 folders called "wz" and "aspnet_client"8. Right click on Site and select Add Virtual Directory
9. Set Alias: wz
10. Set Physical path: C:\WZ\bin\build
11. Click OK
12. Right click on api and select Convert to Application
13. Click OK
14. Navigate to WarZ(WARZ\Administrator)
15. Open feature Server Certificates
EDIT: you didn't edit the post but you did answer this in one comment. so everything is solved

Erm. We don't need to build the Eclipse Studio as Release if we just intend to publish it, right? Building it as release builds the map editor and final the game executable.
Or do we have to build as release as well?
I'm with a big problem. Your HShield its not working, even doing the fix. Could you send me a HShield updated? Thanks.
EDIT
I can't build WarZ_Server in Release cuz say that is myssing hShield.h. But I don't know if I have to build in Release or Debug.
Anyone?
