Yes actually it is relevant.

I can see from the picture that loaded 5 minutes that you do not have PHP 5.3.28 or PHP Manager for IIS or Microsoft Drivers 3.0 for PHP v5.3 for SQL Server in IIS installed. I'm thinking that i wrote this for a reason. Why did you not do it?

If you can't follow instructions then i think it will be quite hard to continue for you.

I'm sorry if I sound rude but this is made idiot proof. I even let my 8 year old son run the tutorial trough to see if he could follow the instructions and he got it to work. PS. He speaks Estonian and has learned English only one year in first grade.!

So please do as the tutorial tells and do not skip some parts like below.

Web Platform Installer
1. Open wpilauncher.exe
2. Install the application.
3. After the installation finishes the Web Platform Installer will stay open.
4. In the search box type php and on the keyboard press Enter
5. From the search results select PHP 5.3.28 and click Add
6. The Web Platform Installer will add 2 extra items to install list
1. PHP Manager for IIS
2. Microsoft Drivers 3.0 for PHP v5.3 for SQL Server in IIS
7. Click Install
8. Accept by clicking I Accept. The installation process begins.
9. Click Finish. Now you can close the Web Platform Installer.
10. Restart the computer

Ok now the doesnt work :( I don't know what caused this, but when I open it I get "Login Failed, Wrong Username or Password"

Maybe it is only me but i don't see the image you attached. It load and load and keeps loading. Can you please use some other place to upload images.
I told before that it took me 5 minutes to see half the image and i'm at 100MB/s symmetrical.

What does your php log tell you? You might have something wrong in the IIS.

OMG!!!! not again after update 2 i got login failed please try again i had this problem but i resolved it somehow and now i dont remember how tried everything!!!! any help?

Whiteout anything "client log" i kinda cant help. I would check if you delete the DB and recreate it using update2 sql file not the first one.
Usually people get them mixed up and recreate using the old one. Hope it helps you.
