Set "IsNew" to 1 in your item table.
For example:

UPDATE Items_Weapons SET IsNew = 1 WHERE itemID = 101336

This will set IsNew to 1 for the item with itemID 101336. Of course, the item with itemID 101336 must be in the marketplace, or else it'll have no effect.
