I've got this error with my IIS 7

Parser Error Message: Could not load the assembly 'App_Web_k4fre8ge'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.

Anyone can help me to solve this?

You need to copy foolder "bin" to root directory of IIS (wwwroot).
