When I try equip any mask o armor appears a windows it say "reached maximum carrying weight"
Someone have this problem?

Sounds like you need to adjust the item weights from the generic values used for testing, in the Item Tables on your database.
It's pretty easy to do with the WZAdmin tool if you have it compiled and configured right.
