Can't make changes to appear WarZ

Hi , guys my nickname is devil of course my realname isn't or i would be in troubles but let's get straight to the point :)

I made some changes in the colorado map (ridgeway airport to be specifically) i put some buildings , police and took out 2 hangars , then i gave save map and save global just as i do to put more zombies or less zombies and when i went to the server NOTHING was there i talked to a friend that helps me by teamviewer and he said to run rsbuild and that was what i did , and still nothing went to studio saved map and global again nothing either so im here to ask you for help and if you can explain me very well like step by step it would be awsome

PS: i'm a litle retarded so i can't learn too fast

Edit: in dev server (eclipse studio) it appears the changes but too freakin fast haha :)
