Changing the sounds of zombies | help

So, i know how to extract a .FSB File.
But the problem is. If i use for example the file with the zombie sounds in it, add my own sounds, and re-pack the FSB, none of the sounds in the .FSB Will work.
I am offering 5k GC and 5k ZED $ In Revelation along with $5 if anyone will show me and get this to work.

Because we don't have (or at least I don't have) a tool to recreate the .fev files. You can't recreate the .fsb file properly and it work.
The .fev file is a header file that tells the game what sound files are found in the .fsb file. It also has specific tags -- similar to a directory structure, that tell the game to find the "categorized" sound file in this location.
Unless someone has the tool. I cannot help you.
