Creating Character Bug

I'm trying to create a character inside the editor and it bombs every time. It gives the following error:

"AnimCSV: ASR_Mossada is not in game, remove it" with the window labeled "Art Bugs".

Has anyone ran into this and how do you fix it? thx :)
