Go in Navicat -> Connect -> WarZ -> dbo -> tables -> Accounts: Edit the column "isDeveloper" of the user that you want to make DEV, change it from 0 to 1 and then save.
Do the same for the table "UsersData" (for this one you'll need to know the CustomerID of the user).
