What is the last two 0 0?
How do you add map with a password? Not rent server
What do you guys do when you have a clan vs clan event?

The last two zeros is to pin down the region (North America, Europe, etc.) and to set the game mode (GameWorld). Generally does not change the last two zero.

For you add password to any server you have to have a source that is already coded it. Search similar tutorials
