    smile [HELP] Change IPs

    I am NEWBIE and always wanted to make my own server but today I downloaded an Emulator and they said that I should only change IP.
    1) What progs I need?
    2) What files I should run to play?

    First of all, you don't just "Change IP'S" and play, you need to configure many other things to get the game working.

    Including: Correct IIS/API setup, Source Setup, Wpi setup, etc.

    If your new at setting up servers, follow this tutorial considering it's noob friendly.
