It's not stuck. You just have no servers in the config.

I do, here, I took a screenshot:
even masterserver reads them

Just tried to test something, added map ServerTest aswell, and that map (game) loads! But my custom map I added doesn't launch...
you can see in masterserver (at the left) that the servers are both registered, but only DEV SERVER launches, so I guess I added the map wrong?

nevermind, fixed already yay
my maps were not added properly
