[Help] Cooldown System

Hello everyone so atm i'm waiting for my own machine (VPS) to try some src's.
I think i will try the src warzthv2 first and if all work fine i will work on that just for fun and maybe one day i can open it for public.

So, i searched all over RZ but i didnt found anything about cooldown in medicas / barricades What i mean with this ?

- I mean, i want to have cooldown in everything we have atm in all new src's we have cooldown in medicas food but i dont want to have cooldown in barricades, like when someone shoot us and we use medicals we want to place a barricade we cant because we have cooldown.

I will ask help for anyone but here i will notify the yuri because its him src.

(remember alot of people want this too so maybe this third help others).

You can use the source warzth v2, it is already included in the system cooldown

and you can make the change and leave the best way you want
