Hi, i'm actually working on my own emulator and DNC sources has ESP when you are DEV, so i would like where is file to edit that. I want to add button to turn off and turn off DEV commands...

You can't add "buttons" without editing the SWF. If you mean the right click on player menu search for

playerlist

i think he mean a button like ctrl to crouch

So he wants to be able to disable and enable DEV commands and powers, such as the DEV ESP in DNC's source.
